How To Order
Our workshop and website is closed from 18th - 26th July because we are exhibiting at the Royal Welsh Show. Please note we will be unable to process any urgent orders from 15th July.
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 14 days but can take up to 21 days during our busy periods. If your order is urgent we can offer express delivery on some of our products, usually within 3 or 4 days. Please note there is an extra charge for orders that have to be sent by next day delivery and you will need to contact us first before ordering as this service is not applicable to all products or available at certain times of the year.
Our standard postage rates covers UK mainland delivery only:-
- Orders up to £19.99 = £3.50
- Orders from £20.00 to £49.99 = £4.95
- Orders over £49.99 = £7.95
We are happy to despatch some of our heavier products outside UK mainland e.g Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, etc, but please contact us first so that we can calculate the correct postage cost for your order. There is also an extra postage charge for heavy parcels over 1.5Kg to the Scottish Highlands. If in doubt please contact us first before placing your order
Any of the 3 methods below can be used for ordering:-
1. Order Online
You can place your order anytime of the day or night using our online shopping facility. Secure payments can be made by using PayPal which is a payment facility for PayPal account holders. Payments can also be made by Secure Checkout through Pay360 which is a fast and secure payment facility using SSL technology. SSL is a recognised internet industry standard used to transfer information securely across the internet.
2. Ring Us - 01269 594096
You can also place your order over the phone using your credit/debit card as payment. We will also be able to give you an estimated time for completion of your order. Sometimes email confirmation of your order is required for larger and more complicated orders to confirm personalisation details on the products ordered.
Please ring between 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4pm Friday, closed Saturday & Sunday.
Complete your order on our website and choose the payment by cheque option at checkout. Print out a copy of your order and send the copy and cheque (made payable to Hometime Crafts) to:-

Please note your order will take longer if you decide to pay by cheque because we are unable to start processing the order until we have received the cheque, it also has to be cleared by the bank (3 working days). We would therefore advise not to pay by cheque if your order is urgent. We will assume an order is cancelled if we have not received the cheque within 10 days of when the order has been been placed.
Returns & Replacements
We must be informed of any damaged items within 3 days of delivery of your order. We will then advise you on whether or not the item has to be returned. The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase unused and it's original packaging. A proof of posting will also be required if the item has to be returned. Please note that personalised items can only be refunded if found faulty at time of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as defined in Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
All our toys conform to European safety standards and bear the CE mark. Please note that some products are not suitable for under 36 months (the age guide for all our toys is given in each product description). Products are finished in non-toxic paints and stains.
We are able to offer a discount on some of our heavier products in Children's Furniture if you are able to collect from Hometime Crafts. Please contact us for details.
Many of our products are hand made and are described as accurately as possible but style of personalisation, colours, designs, sizes and materials may vary from those illustrated.
