How To Order

Standard orders are usually dispatched within 14 days but can take up to 21 days during our busy periods.

Our standard postage rates covers UK mainland delivery only:-

  • Orders up to £19.99 = £3.95
  • Orders from £20.00 to £54.99 = £4.95
  • Orders over £54.99 = £7.95

We are happy to despatch some of our heavier products outside UK mainland e.g Channel Islands, etc, but please contact us first so that we can calculate the correct postage cost for your order. There is also an extra postage charge for heavy parcels over 1.5Kg to the Scottish Highlands. If in doubt please contact us first before placing your order. We are unable to accept any orders that require posting to Northern Ireland from 1st December 2024 because of the new EU product safety rules.

Any of the 2 methods below can be used for ordering:-

1. Order Online

You can place your order anytime of the day or night using our online shopping facility. Secure card payments can be made by using PayPal, a fast and secure payment facility using SSL technology. SSL is a recognised internet industry standard used to transfer information securely across the internet. If you don't want to use Paypal then choose Invoice at checkout. As soon as we have received the order we will email you an invoice for the order so that you can make the card payment through Stripe. 

2. Ring Us - 01269 594096

You can also place you order over the phone and we will send you a Paypal payment request by email for the payment. Please note we don't take credit/debit card payments over the phone. We will also be able to give you an estimated time for completion of your order. Sometimes email confirmation of your order is required for larger and more complicated orders to confirm personalisation details on the products ordered.

Please ring between 9.00am - 4pm Monday - Friday, closed Saturday & Sunday.

Returns and Replacements

Please inform us as soon as possible if any items are delivered damaged or we have made an error in your order, so please check your order as soon as it's delivered. We will then advise you on whether or not the item has to be returned. If an item has to be returned then it must be unused and it's original packaging. For your records we advise that you retain the proof of posting if the item has to be returned. Please note that personalised items can only be refunded if found damaged at time of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as defined in Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Safety First

All our toys conform to European safety standards and bear the CE mark. Please note that some products are not suitable for under 36 months (the age guide for all our toys is given in each product description). Products are finished in non-toxic paints and stains.

Order Pick-Up

We are able to offer a discount on some of our heavier products in Children's Furniture if you are able to collect from Hometime Crafts. Please contact us for details.

Product Descriptions

Many of our products are hand made and are described as accurately as possible but style of personalisation, colours, designs, sizes and materials may vary from those illustrated.
