At last we have a facility where we are able to inform all our customers and keep everyone up to date with what's happening at Hometime Crafts. We don't like bombarding people with emails so hopefully this new feature will keep you well informed at all times.
Our customers are very important to us this is why we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Being a small family business we appreciate the importance of our customers and will always do our very best for you in answering queries, carrying out urgent orders, etc. We are here most of the time to take your call or reply to your email, so please contact us if you require any further information. Having said that we did receive one call at 3am in the morning from someone who wanted to place an order!! Didn't go down too well.

We have had many queries over the last couple of weeks regarding our out of stock round stools. Unfortunately they will not be back in stock until June, but there will be a smaller similar version added within the next couple of days. The new stools will have the same design options and they can be personalised in the same way.
Our workshop will be closed between May 7 - 11 so if you require any urgent orders during or soon after this period, please get them to us before May 2.
