Just a quick note to confirm I have received my order and I am absolutely chuffed to bits with it especially the character height chart. The online photo doesn't do this product justice its fabulous, my 2yr old daughters face was a picture when we opened it, can't wait to get her new room finished to get it in there.
May I also say I was impressed with the speed of delivery, my order was placed friday night and my order arrived 10 days later on monday morning, that's fantastic for personalised goods, and I'm in Northern Ireland.
Before I found your site I ordered 2 personalised items as a baby gift from another company one of which I received after about 10 days and again was delighted with the product but now its exactly 6wks later and I still have not received the second item so im left with half a gift and a very bad taste in my mouth. So your service has restored my faith and I know where I'll be shopping the next time I need a gift, which will be soon, my husbands cousin is due her first baby any day.
